The fallow deer hunting in Hungary is at its peak during the rut which typically runs from mid October through mid November. Trophy bucks can be hunted through the end of December while cull bucks and does can be hunted through the month of January. There are great fallow deer hunting opportunities in many regions throughout Hungary and JAGD STIEDL hunters have access to the best free-range areas and private estates.
